Foxtail Millet / Thinai Pepper Pongal Mix

Empty the contents into the pressure cooker, add water in 1:3 ratio (1 Portion Venpongal mix & 3 Portions water), required amount of salt and let it cook for 3 whistles.
Temper with a tablespoon of ghee, two green chillies and some minced ginger for a lip smacking breakfast.
