Foxtail Millet Dal Kichdi | Thinai Paruppu Sadam
- The mix includes Foxtail millet, moong dal, and our special home made masala.

Empty the contents into a cooker, add water in 1:3 ratio, two green chillies, two tomatoes, one onion, three cloves of garlic and let it cook for 3 whistles. It’s a tasty quick fix that’ll keep your tummy happy!
Add a tablespoon of ghee and temper with mustard, green chilly, curry leaves and some onion and add in the end for a lip smacking meal!
